Accepting these terms
These terms cover your use of the Northline Titusville Concrete Coatings website, starting at our home page, and any estimate, booking or work you arrange with us. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to them, so please read them before you book.
If a written estimate or contract we sign with you says something different from this page, the signed document controls for that job.
What we do
We're a flooring contractor in Titusville, FL, working on concrete floors for homes and businesses. That includes epoxy, polyaspartic and metallic coatings, polished and stained concrete, sealing, resurfacing, overlays, pool decks and removal of old coatings. You can read more about who we are on our about page.
The service descriptions on this site are general information. They aren't a promise that a given product or finish suits your floor, because that depends on what we find when we look at your concrete in person.
Estimates and pricing
We give free on-site estimates, with no pressure and no obligation. Your estimate is based on what we can see and measure on the visit, including the floor's size, its condition and the system you choose.
Some problems only show up once work starts, such as moisture in the slab, cracks under an old coating or a surface that won't take a grind evenly. If that happens, we'll stop, explain what we found and get your approval before doing work that changes the price.
An estimate is good for the period written on it. Prices on this website, if any, are general and aren't a quote for your job.
Scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation
We set your start date once you accept the estimate. Weather, humidity and the condition of the concrete can affect when coatings can go down and how long they need before use, so we may need to move a date to protect the finish, and we'll tell you as early as we can.
Please have the area cleared and give our crew access on the scheduled day. If you need to reschedule or cancel, call us at (321) 335-1578 as soon as you know. Any deposit or cancellation terms for your job are the ones written on your estimate or contract.
Payment
Payment amounts, deposits, due dates and accepted payment methods are set out in your estimate or contract. Payment is due by the dates stated there.
If a balance goes unpaid, we may pause further work until it's settled, and we keep any rights Florida law gives contractors to collect for work performed.
Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover
We guarantee your satisfaction on every job. If something about our work isn't right, call us and we'll come look at it and work with you to make it right.
Any specific warranty on materials or workmanship is the one written in your estimate or contract, along with the maker's own product warranty where one applies. Beyond those written terms, and as far as Florida law allows, we don't make other warranties, express or implied.
Our guarantee doesn't cover damage from misuse, impacts, chemicals the coating isn't made for, using the floor before it has cured, or conditions in the slab we couldn't reasonably have known about, such as rising moisture that develops after the job.
Limitation of liability
We're fully licensed and insured, and we're responsible for the work we do. As far as Florida law allows, our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost use of a space or lost business income, unless the law requires otherwise. The information on this website is provided as is, and we aren't responsible for decisions made from it without an on-site estimate.
Settling a disagreement
If you're unhappy with anything, please talk to us first, because most issues get sorted out with a phone call and a visit. Reach us through our contact page or at (321) 335-1578.
If we can't resolve it together, either of us may bring the matter to the state courts in Brevard County, Florida, and we both agree that's where any case will be heard.
Governing law
These terms, and any work we do for you, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page from time to time, and the version posted here applies from the day it's posted. Changes don't alter an estimate or contract you've already signed with us.
If you have a question about these terms, send it through our contact page and we'll reply within 1 business day.
